The guesthouse is situated in the Old City Rasnov, at 200 m from the oldest Orthodox church in SE of Transylvania, 500 m from the fortress Rasnov, 8 km from Poiana Brasov and Bran Castle 12 km, 15 km from Brasov.
Guesthouse building, dating from 1860 with an architecture specific area has been restored and brought to the standard use in 2007.
The Guesthouse has 26 accommodation places, distributed in 6 double rooms type studio, 3 apartments with two rooms and one double room, so:
1 double room with bathroom-with double bed for 2 people
6 Double room-studio with king size bed or twin beds, equipped with bathroom with shower and kitchen (fully equipped with coffee maker, electric stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, cutlery, dishes, pots, frying pan), including TV - cable, DVD or video player and wireless internet
3 apartments with 2 rooms with double beds, private bathroom with shower and kitchen (fully equipped with coffee maker, electric stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, cutlery, dishes, pots), including TV - cable, DVD or video player and wireless internet.

The guesthouse can provide also:
